Hi, my name is Synth and this year I am doing 2 outdoor grows in the BC wilderness. I did my first real grow last year, but sadly it was unsuccessful due to my water source drying up halfway through summer.

Of my 2 spots, one has a natural water source ( a pond) and one does not. I don't have any plants up at the water-source spot because it is still a bit chilly, and I have about 20 non-feminized plants at my no-water spot.

We're doing about 40 seeds from my friend's breeding experiment, as well as 30 female lemon kush (because they're cheap), some white widow + white rhino clones, and some bagseed. Soil is pro-mix HP + dolomite lime for PH. Nutrients are probably going to be GH Grow-Micro-Bloom and General Organics Root Booster + Cal Mag.

Ask any questions or give feedback, I am happy to give advice to other new growers because I feel like I learned a lot from last year's almost-success. Hopefully this year I crop some monsters.

Just got back from the no-water-source spot and the plants are starting to take off, I'll have some pics of that up next time. Hopefully I get lots of fems because I'm using regular seeds for that spot. I also put 14 plants up at the water source spot and dug out the stream into my spot so I don't have to leave the fenced area to get water, pics of that coming in a couple days.

New pics from the spot that has a water source. Put around 10 more plants up there today. I have about 30 plants up there and 40 pots that still have no plants in them.

  5. No new pictures yet but both of these grows are still going strong, we lost a 30 pack of seeds in the mail from herbies so that set the operation back a bit but we have bought more seeds and are trying to hit 80 females total. I'll post more pictures soon, we have a couple of confirmed girls and a couple of hermaphrodites which have been tossed.

2 small plants got eaten so I have to improve my fence. I don't think it was a deer, I think it was a rabbit or a raccoon or something. getting 10 more fem seeds and 20 clones this week too.[IMG]

  7. I would not grow in an area that damp, I hope it works out for yah. I have had coyotes eat all my plants before. You could even have trouble with muskrats in an area like that.

Bit of wildlife trouble so far but bears have been the main concern, I improved the fence and put in some barbed wire to deter bastard animals and it seems to be working pretty well.
Not sure why the image is sideways but my biggest ones are about up to my tits now so like 4 and a half feet tall or so and they haven't even started budding so they're going to be monsters by the end of the year.

  9. Looking good!

  10. thanks, it's been like 38 every day up here and the plants seem to be loving it. Major pain in my ass to go water every 2 or 3 days but eh I can use the exercise.

  11. Yea I'm scouting for some good spots this year but seems like people go everywhere in Alaska. There's no privacy anymore

  12. Looking great man. I live in BC and have been scouting a spot for a few seedlings that I'm excited about. Nice set up

  13. This is from last year. Wonder if he was able to finish

  14. Very late update: All the plants died from cold due to high altitude. We yielded about an ounce of premature buds.
