Sounds like a somebody is about to throw up Any kind of long (several hours or more) explorative walk will do. Use google earth/maps or whatever else I live in Moscow and near MSU/Sparrow Hills area. A good place to walk without leaving the city. Been there yesterday. 5542'38.81"N 3732'38.42"E Another place I plan to explore soon is a quarry near Moscow. 5538'23.42"N 3751'43.89"E And a place I'm looking forward to visiting sometime in the future is a Germany Garmisch-Obermagau area. There's a via ferrata there, an alpine coaster and a whole lot of hills to explore. 4730'7.69"N 11 5'40.30"E
I don't get jealous. Besides I live near sparrow hills you know. If I take you here you would be all "so THIS is how hiking suppose to feel huh, what's up with that bullshit we call 'hiking' back home!?"
An awesome place for a long hike with tents and all. Although I would rather hike lightweight. It's high too, even at the base of the mountain its 1500m.
looking at pictures of sparrow hills it doesn't look like anything special in terms of 'hiking'. What makes it so great?
