Blind people don't see black. They see nothing. Literally nothing. No color. Nothing. Sight just doesn't exist for them. Elaborate on this? ~feed your head~
First of all, black is something. Second of all, there are various types of blindness. Third of all, pictures are "produced" in the brain. In many blind people, the other senses become hyper aware and transfer information to the sections of the brain responsible for forming a picture. In other words, blind people still can see. They just don't take in stimuli with their eyes.
Huh i didnt know that about redistributing other stimuli to the region that otherwise processes visual stimuli. Pretty cool.
They have no references so how are they going to say whether black is black or whateverhaveyou. Assuming full on blindness. Blindness is interesting because I really wonder how they feel they interact in the world. Our visuals make up a lot of how we feel, act and judge. So body language to them is somewhat outta the question...eh...I dunno lol
I would think that it would be something like if there was some extra sense that we all had but never noticedand so it just doesn't register
How not? They see black... That's what they see haha black is the absents of light.... If you can't see light then you are seeing black. So there...
