so been trying obe for a while... im aware of it and what astral projection is... so today i couldnt sleep. it is 4:46am rn it was like 4:15 am i drifted to sleep but i was conscious still. like i automatically went into "dream state". so i was sitting there. slowly got like paranoid as if my stash of weed was not in this hiding spot. so i slowly get up. like i feel my numbness in my body and slowly get up. my parents room light is on and so is mine. but in real life i have no weed rn and the lights are all off. so like i start get panicky when i get up from bed and try to wake up my mom cuz i started getting scared. i tried to go into her room but nope my body... honestly felt more like i was a spirit at the time. and i go past my moms room i get really scared like as if theres scary music in the background. and bam wake up maybe 5 minutes later idr exactly but yeah. when i awoke my heart was racing. heard like shhh noise in my ears like when i try to obe annnnd yeah. any ideas? i still dont know how its like when im physically detachted fyi and i cant find an answer for it either loool and when i was asleep going through this i felt like floating kind of. felt taller and thinner

  2. Astral projection is a myth. I'm all for meditation and even lucid dreaming, but you don't need to believe in myths to do either. They are MUCH more effective.

  3. A great start is to take care of the third eye

Take care of your Pineal Gland

    Decalcify it by avoiding fluoride

Ever heard of oil pulling? great alternative to conventional fluoride infested toothpaste.

I've been doing it for a week and already I have noticed a difference in the quality of my sleep, my skin is looking better

    I just generally feel better

I feel a "magnetism" in between my eyes when I breathe, for most the day.

Getting into really deep meditative states is a lot easier now as well!

    Hope this helps.

    Hey,

I have to keep this very much on the "surface." (If you know what I mean. If not, I can explain a little more.)

Something has been happening right around 5am. Pacific time for me. Remember that time is relative.
I don't remember what day it was. However, I woke up at 4:46am and stayed awake. Sometimes it's been happening at 5am on the dot or a few minutes at 5am.

I, myself, am very sensitive to shifts.

Embrace it. When this happens, I go with it. I will either make myself a cup of coffee or write or just look out the window and watch the sun peak through the trees.

Listen to the natural rhythm of your body, mind and soul, and many doors will open for you.

FYI - My son woke me up at 4:36am this morning. I just laid down after getting him back to sleep and getting my coffee.

I just want to sleep people. ;)

My normal wake up time is between 7am and 8am.

When I woke up at 4:46, I had taken a Ambien right around 12am the night before. That should have knocked me out until 9am.

  7. Seems like this was missed...thread over since the first reply

  8. If you want to lucid dream just take melatonin before bed, it works every time for me...

And seems to work for others as well kuz a "side effect" for melatonin is "unusal dreams"...

  9. If astral projection was real we wouldn't need the nsa

  10. im sorry but what the fuck does the nsa has to do with astral projection?

  11. you don't have to shit all over astral projection just because you cant get it to work. i am sure your good at something.

  12. I have some ionized water that I'll sell you for cheap. The quantum fluctuations that exist within the manifestation of the the molecules will arrange your chakras and take your projections to a new level. It will work great on you because the more scientifically illiterate you are, the better results that you "think" you see. This is a limited time offer. I'll cut you a hell of a deal.

  13. Get your negative ass outta here dude its pathetic

  14. It's interesting how the title said "Maybe OBE?" and when I stated that it wasn't, you get butthurt over it. I mean, people bash science all of the time, and while I think that they are stupid, I don't think that they are being negative. That's a weird way to look at it. Besides, it's clearly not my fault. I'm a Scorpio. The positions of the stars and planets magically made me the way that I am. [IMG]

    Hey Capser,

Are you still waking up early in the morning?
Have you been noticing number patterns?

I forgot to add another number.

    446
    336
    333
    321

These are all of times that I woke in early in the morning when you first posted this. I've been able to sleep past 6:30am as of a couple of days ago.

I personally don't follow numbers. I like to share them with people who like to analyze numbers. I find it fascinating how some people process the information. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, or true or not. I LOVE hearing what other people have to say, as long as it's polite and respectful toward me, towards others, and toward themselves.

EDIT: 1:21 may have been after 3:21. I was just too tired to try to remember. ;)

  16. Recently still been waking up like always 4-6 am its random now haha, some days even 2 as well, But for numbers? I havent followed any besides 3:15 (my bday) and i always see 911. 911 i see like every morning. maybe about the past 5-6 months ive seen 9:11. But yeah now more often i always catch myself leaving my body or i think im leaving but i get so scared for some odd reason. ill get so scared and then force myself to wake. then regret it after hahaha

  17. I totally understand.

I started doing this when I was about 10 to 12 years old. I'm in my early 40's now.

Here's what I notice from this thread. You are becoming more and more aware. You can read as much into this process as you want. Ultimately, it is your decision to move forward as yo use fit.

You can always "wake yourself up." Always remember that. Once a person starts becoming aware, many doors can open.
When you are ready, be open to the things you might see, remember, or feel when you sleep or going to sleep.

Whatever it is that you are experiencing at those times, it cannot physically hurt you. You may feel different emotions like fear or love.

When a person opens himself or herself to lucid dreaming or being aware, it can be very draining physically and emotionally. If you need to conserve your energy for the next day, you can always tell yourself to hold off until it is right for you.

Also, be careful with how much up you open up at a time.

I've had 30 plus years of random sleep patterns and it can sometimes be challenging to "turn it off" when I need a break. However, I would not trade it for the world. I see life in whole perspectives now. It is a part of me that has made me everything that I am.

  18. I've done this before while meditating it was one of the strangest things that ever happen to me.

  19. Sleeping is a form of meditation. The process of actually falling asleep is also another form of meditation.

When falling asleep, our minds begin to wonder. Sometimes we are very aware of it, just as in meditation.

Different philosophies and/or belief systems can explain this process according to their own way of making sense of the world and ourselves.

One a side note, it's a pretty "trippy" experience. ;)

    333 (Again)
