Quave club banger

    Thinking about pulling trigger on one of these.. Working with a hive ceramic atm, but have heard great things about Quartz.

    Few questions to anyone who has one or used one..
    Do they require a lot of seasoning?
    Comparable to the halen honey holes?
    Worth the price tag? Or should I just go the Ti route with an HE?

    1. Requires normal amount of seasoning nothing special.
    2. Same taste but i like the flow of the quave way better.
    3.yes worth the price tag, i had a humboldt enail with highly educated infiniti nail and haven't touched it since i got my banger.

    The most important thing is getting the proper temp. Heat it from the bottom till you see red(will become more visible the more you use it). After you see red wait/set a timer(i use my phone stop watch) for 45-55 seconds(the newer the nail the longer you must wait). Once the timer is up dab and carbcap.

    Thanks a lot fumbles, appreciate the advice. I'll probably end up grabbing one.
    Good tip with the timer too.. I do the same with the hive I have, except I wait a little longer.

    You seen Halens new nail the troth? Looks bad ass and j.p toro got his version of a banger that is going to make waves 2015 going to be great year for new kinds of nails to dab off

    No experience with Quave or Halen, but quartz bangers are GREAT! 
    Have had my $30 one for nearly 5 months- tastes amazing, heats up fast, great heat... it's excellent. Wayyyy better than TI.
     
    Make sure you WAIT before dabbing. Fumbles method is great, follow that or at least wait for the banger to stop glowing red.

    Wrong size coil. Been thinking about pulling the trigger on a new coil and pukenbeagle but im in save mode for a move.

    fuck dude I couldnt see myself spending upwards $250 for a quartz nail [​IMG]
     
    I really want to try one of those Joel Halen Troughs though, have you seen em? A buddy of mine back home got one so I'm gonna sesh with him and check it out next month.

    The troughs look awesome but haven't had a chance to use one in person. I really love my banger but i am learning you really need an xl for big globs

    Yeah the troughs have mad surface area so you can get some fat dabs off it without burning em too hot. Seems like a good design, and China's already copying em! lol
