The TTB approved Palcohol on March 10, 2015 and it is now legal to be sold in the United States.

  1. I have found a company that is going to start making powdered alcohol this year. The product is called Palcohol and is probably going to outshine the marijuana industry even though it is going to have similar enemies as does the marijuana industry.

Taken from the company's website, http://www.palcohol.com: "The TTB approved Palcohol on March 10, 2015 and It is now legal to be sold in the United States. We will be working on getting the production facility up and running. It will take a while but hopefully it will be available this summer. "

This is going to be HUGE! title.gif

  2. I want powdered cannabinoids :-(

  3. its pound for pound cheap wine....

    smoke

  4. This product will go nowhere. It's 4x the volume of liguid alcohol and cost much more.  What's the advantage to drinkers?

  5. How would it compete with the marijuana industry?
    It still gets you drunk.
Probably not nearly as much as a normal drink would.
Probably tastes like a ton of those valentine chalk candies dissolved in vodka.
I'll stick to the good ol' fashioned methods.

Seems like a good idea though, if it's not expensive I'll probably try it.
But I wouldn't expect it to "outshine" any industry.

  6. You know you could make a drink that is exactly like beer except the alcohol is replaced with THC, CBD, CBN. Because you can alter the ratio imagine the array of different drinks that would be out there, especially considering the alcohol culture managed to create like 10 different classes of alcoholic beverages based on... pretty much alcohol. No matter what you drink you'll get the same results. As opposed to Cannabeer. Where the whiskey equivalent would contain high rates of... CBD, right? And beer would be mostly THC but small amounts so that you'll have to drink more to feel a buzz. Has this been done?

  7. What if I dissolved it in Vodka?
Would it make the Vodka twice as strong?

  8. yep it would make it taste even shittier too

Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

  9. If I made it real concentrated could I get 250 proof alcohol?

  10. The only advantage I see to it is being able to sneak it into concerts.

  11. It's being banned in many states, including my own. It's dangerous. It won't be street legal and shouldn't be. [IMG]

  12. had heard about this years ago, during alcohol prohibition there were plenty of similar products...not sure what op means by "outshine the marijuana industry"....

  13. While I appreciate you looking out for me could you explain palcohol's danger?

  14.
The dangers are stupid people and extreme alcohol poisoning. There have been deaths.

Also, this is a cannabis forum and alcohol topics are usually not allowed. Not sure why the mods haven't removed it.

  15.
Infuse some sugar and you'll have "powdered cannabinoids". [IMG]

  16. Thats a self-solving problem :)

You cant fix stupid with laws, if that was possible we should be a nation of genius'. Sadly this isnt the case.
    Do explain!

  17. That isnt cannabinoids (plural) just thc though isnt it?

  18. theres gonna be stupid people always haha theres always a dull knife thats not the brightest in the patch...also...

    * j. Discussion of other drugs including pharmaceuticals, supplements and ‘legal' herbs used as intoxicants. Note: Cannabis, caffeine, alcohol and tobacco can be freely discussed.

  19. I'm pretty sure you can make alcohol related topics here. Why are you saying this stuff is so dangerous? I was under the impression it was made a lot safer than when it was originally announced. I thought they changed the strength so it takes heaps more to get you drunk

So we burn the mary jane til' the third degree
