I got 1300 dollars and 6x6 room... I need almost everything... any ideas ? I have ffof soil and full line of FF nutes and full set of Cyco nutes, Should I run 1k Watter or 2x 600 watt ? What kind is really good ? Hoods or cool tubes ?? You think a 6 inch inline and a window a/c unit will keep it all cool ?? Mylar or panda film or flat white plaint? Best strains for this project ? I figure 8 plants in 5 gallon buckets under 2x600 for 6 weeks then flip to flower until done... any suggestions ???
In a 6x6 you could get a really nice perpetual setup going. Run 8 pots (could run an 8 pot hydro system too) with 4 plants under each 600w light, then run a tarp across the room as a light divider, and in a small 2x2 cabinet you could have a mother plant and clones going under fluros. You will need major ventilation so plan on spending up to $200 on fans alone, but you have plenty of room to build carbon scrubbers, so smell can be taken care of. You also have space for climate control units as well, so you could have a really nice grow setup going.. A small window AC unit will be fine, but smell can creep through them during flower. You will want squirrel cage fans. I would say 1 big 8" squirrel cage (which could be close to $100), and then a smaller 4" or 6" inline fan (like $40) as a booster for when you start running filters on everything during flower.
I picked up a 4inch inline fan, a 36x36x72 tent, a 150 watt hps, an advanced led 100 watt diamond series led, and I have 4 85 watt 5500k CFL's Ordering my 10 inch fan and my 2x 600 Watters on tuesday. Got my ac installed today. Mylar, panda film, or flat white paint ? What strain you think I should run ? Need a high yielding short flowering strain. I'm thinking 10, 5 gallon buckets 10 plants,1200 watts I bet i can get a pound...lol
