OK so i am 20 years old 6'3 140 lbs probably less then 3 % body fat. Say i smoke every Friday and Saturday and use Sunday as my detox day( drink lots of water and clean mouth and teeth.) I work Monday - Friday and my job randomly drug test so through Sunday to Friday ( Friday during work) i wont be smoking. just drinking water and staying clean. do i have a good chance of passing if i were to be tested? ive been at my job for 2 years and just received my first random but i haven't smoked in 6 months so i had no problem passing but now i want to start smoking again on the weekends will my plan work? Questions??? and any details i can add i can answer ill be around all day.
It won't work, thc can stay in your system for up to 45 days(worst case scenario). Concentrates even longer...so I hear. Never been drug tested so I may have a biased opinion.
Yeah, what he said^^^ You can't smoke on the weekends and pass a random test during the week. THC sticks around too long.
I doubt you're under 3% body fat, 3% is hardcore bodybuilder low, and lower than that can actually lead to health issues, like fat soluble vitamin deficiencies and bone loss. But I digress. You're thin, so you don't have much body fat for THC metabolites to hide in. If you exercise frequently, your turnover of fat cells will be higher. Smoking a bowl or two might only keep you pissing dirty for a week or so, possibly less. If you're feeling ballsy, test your theory. Buy yourself some urine test strips, and see how long it takes for you to piss clean. But, that being said, if you get popped on say a Monday or Tuesday, you're screwed. And drinking a lot of water on Sunday won't do much for you, THC metabolites are fat soluble, not water soluble. Unless you drank enough to dilute your urine every single day, and even that wouldn't be certain. Does your job do randoms on site, or do they send you off to a lab? If you're under threat of random piss tests, and really want to keep toking, synthetic urine is probably your best bet. Otherwise, you're pretty much just gambling on your job.
Synthetic urine is where it's at. Used it for my random piss test at work a few years ago and it worked. Just make sure you use the heat pads. Anything under 90 or over 100 degrees fahrenheit will fail. Or you could try this method a friend of mine used while on probo: drink lots of water to dilute your piss, pee a few times beforehand, and put yell food dye on the tip of your dick. That way the diluted piss will have some color and it will pass. Although it worked for my friend, I personally wouldn't recommend it. Just like what Cereal Killer said, even that wouldn't be certain. Get the synthetic urine, you'll be fine.

You need to check out the post I made on urine substitution. That is your best bet. Just keep one of these devices on hand, with a small vial of powdered syn urine. Then all you will need is a little time and you can pass any random at any time. One of these devices can even help you give a clean sample under close observation. The post can found here at GC.
