The best we can really do is subtly influence and do subversion tactics. It's like subliminal messaging in old movies, they could show a frame of popcorn, it might make you a little hungry but it's not going to make you get up and buy popcorn. I imagine waves and frequencies might have an effect on our mood or perception, like the whole binaural audio fad but it's not going to "brainwash" you. About as much as fluoride anyway. "Mind control", or at least the real dirty shit you're thinking of, is involved more with behaviorism, social conditioning. psychology of authority and ideological subversion. Wow the title on that one video is provoking for someone who knows American Studies. It is correct as well in its title, let me get a little higher and listen to what he has to say. But I totally agree that these things can and are happening overtly, I was taught how to do them, and shown example after example of such instances in American media.
