So its pretty much all in the title but anyhow went to my local shop on 420 and grabed a nice stemless water pipe with an inline perc and thick glass a beautiful piece caught my eye as soon as i walked in. No markings other than a sandblasting with the word hewon i believe don't know how to upload pictures first post i think if anyone has any info on the artist/company it would be amazing because i can't find anything!
Well, I would suggest putting the water about an inch or so above the slits and then toy around with the levels until you have found how much water you prefer in it
