Kinda wierd thread but fuckit, theres this chick at my job and I feel like shes into me to but we just dont know how to tell eachother.

Use something you two talk about at work to make a date. If you talk about certain movies or gaming, ask her if she wants to come over and do that up. Ask her out for coffee or lunch - you don't even have to call it a date either....wait til a moment you're hungry and pretty sure she is too, and nonchalantly ask if she wants to grab a bit to eat. If you both hit the gym ask her if she wants to crush a workout or go on a jog with you. Just use a common interest and set something up. Make sure what you do is interactive though. Don't go to the movie theatre - you can't talk or be face to face much - not a good idea for a first date.
Lol thats how it is for me too. Makes shit easier tho if theyre doin all the work. When chicks start makin it obvious, like touchin me n stuff, that pretty much breaks the ice, and I go all in!

Yeah, and you just need to be more brave then her. Make eye contact and smile and don't be the first one to break contact and see if she nervously looks away (still smiling) or blushes. Some girls have a hard time hiding and are an open book and you should hopefully be able to read her. If she's younger, it'll be easier to tell.
Ask her to chill op. Dont say date just hanging out. Shell get the idea. Keep it light, i like to get ice cream personally. If she makes up excuses not too hang out and doesnt offer an alternate time then shes most likely not interested tbh. You miss 100% of the shots you dont take
Yes just be chatty with her and see if there is any chemistry going on. If she seems interested in talking to you and is a little flirty then she doesn't think you are creepy. so just kind of passively ask about her status and if she wants to go out for some food or some random shit some time... pretty basic stuff. Chicks think they are sly about it and try to act normal but you can pick up on body language and the way she interacts with you compared to everyone else.
your approaching it wrong. Treat her like she was just a good friend. Do activities with her,smoke some weed, listen to some tunes whatever. Finding things in common between you both. If she likes you, it'll progress into a relationship naturally. I know that shit sounds corny, but real talk, thats just how she fuckin goes.
