So I got a job offer from a collections agency. The pay is $13/hr with bonus. I also got an offer from a Customer service call center just 50 cents lower than the collections salary, but the hours are crappy. Can anyone with experience tell me what it's like to be a collector and if it's better to choose that job over the CSR job?
