water pipe rig HELP

Discussion in 'Concentrate Tools' started by budmaster03, Apr 21, 2015.

  1. I just got a fuckin SWEET water pipe to dab out of
Have no clue how to put the water in it Without having it come through the mouthpiece when I pull on it. It's actual pipe style, like a regular pipe. Not bubbler bong style. Can't find help online so I'm coming here. Anyone know what I'm talking about?? I don't have a picture But can post one later after work! Can't even find a pic on Google to show..

  2. With out a pic I doubt anyone will be of much help.

  3. Yeah I figured. But I got it figured out, no water.

  4. Then it's a dry pipe for dabbing. Neat.

  5. Tis a dry pipe. And hits like a champ.
    My baby

  6. Dry rigs are cool for taking to shows or festivals but other then that not for me. I feel the vapor is too hot with out any water to cool it a little. I find dry dabs to be very harsh.

  7. Everybody has their own opinion! I love this thing. I never really dab, and the only times I have were with water pipes but this one is perfect for me. Working construction, taking 2 dabs before and after work settles the job nicely

It's very apprent people have their own views my buddy had the same peice 18mm with a wigwam on the dome too they suck they are cheap China glass made by little kids at penny's to be sold to the usa..other then the fact China glass is usually ugly and breaks easy the biggest turn off is the slave labor they use and when people buy those said products you are encouraging wither you know or not that labor...local glass blowers for the win! And to anyone trying to say American made is too expensive look around there are new glass blowers everyday and alot sell nice rigs at 100-200 just gotta look

    ***edit***
Not to.mention people have gotten very sick.of China glass too does it happen everyday no idk about you but I don't want glass poisoning

  9. I think that is a completely different topic my good sir. Half the shit from the US is from China, lol....BUT, regardless from where it came from, it was my money, and it was well spent.
Everybody have a wonderful day! Keep tokin

  10. Aslong as yer happy with it that's all that matters in the end cheers

  11. That is correct, thank you!

I like it. A lot actually. It probably looks cool getting milked, but does it cool anything down at all?
I can imagine my lips searing off after one dab sesh.

  13. It does. There isn't a lick of harshness. It's smooth, and I can take 3 or 4 dabs in one go round and it's perfect every time.
But yes those holes filter it and that's where the reclaim sits, in the middle

Not all china glass is clear. Not all of it has the clear blue, green and amber coloring either.
There is worked china glass. It's 90% trash, but I've seen very good colored china glass before.

Please just look at these 3 links...

    Look at that color work,
Theres also the same piece without color, watch the video on the bottom. It's funny to actually listen to, but just skip to the water test.

    And look at this...
Even if you ignore the others, just look at this...

    Crazy, huh?
people say china glass is made in sweatshops, but it takes artists to make this shit. There are other forums that work directly with the factories to make these designs, we know they aren't in sweatshops. There are pieces of crap made in china, that's common knowledge, but theres good stuff too.
I'm making a thread on china glass...

  16. wtf are you talking about??? you called a wigwag a wigwam so I let you know how to say it correctly, not sure why you're going on about china glass.

they most definitely are made in sweatshops, how else would you be able to produce that many fab eggs and offer them at such a low price? those fucks arent getting paid SHIT.

support local, put money into OUR economy..

  17. Yeah like I said before the China glass is a different topic, which I'm glad to see someone is making now instead of talking about it on this one lol. Either way I like the piece..and hey, supporting locally through buying shit from my local head shop!

  18. Go ahead and change the title to china glass lol..

I've never dabbed but that looks nice!!
Buy china glass from local headshops so both the china and usa economy wins :)

I'd buy local glass if I had money, but American glass is expensive due to the cost of
    living here.

Glass blowing isn't always going to be for profit, I see it as an art.
Most painters, potters ect dont make money off their work.
They spend 20-30 hours on a painting and are lucky to sell it for $50+

Buy china glass if it looks cool and its in your price range, buy local glass if you
can afford it and if your overly concerned with supporting the local glass industry.

In America glass blowing is moreso a hobby and luxury.. just saying.

  19. You can't do that can you? Lol I will totally change it.
Ah man you gotta dab...I didn't do it that much until when I started this post. Now flowers are a thing of the past..
Where you be? Not familiar with the Wizard Village hahah. I'm in Oklahoma, usa. It blows here!
I know a guy who blew glass for his hobby and wasn't too shabby at it. Definitely takes concentration and dexterity, so I'd agree completely that it's an art. Creating such masterpieces is art for sure lol.
I spent $40 on this rig! Got a titanium nail (glass one broke in about 5 seconds), still gotta use the dome piece, but it's worth it. I'll spend much more on an American made, authentic piece once I decide I wanna drop the cash on it lol.

I quoted the wrong person, calm your nips jimmy.
Everyones talking down on china glass above you, i wasn't that off on a tangent.

And if you hate cheap labor that much then you're going to need to throw away about 50% of the items in your house. It dosn't have to be chinese, it could be even worse too.

I like that china glass is being accepted by more people. Maybe they'll stop raising the price of fab eggs. The demand is in the name. Thats it. The vapor dosn't change that much, and you know it. If you deny it then all the money you've wasted is just keeping you from seeing straight, and I understand that. But I'm not broke, so it isn't a lack of money keeping me from seeing straight either. They need to drop their prices. I get the whole insane quality control thing too, but i've seen a couple funky looking eggs at my LHS lately... You're paying more and more, for less and less...
