as long as people use the synthetic patented approved version only costing all of your external organs (arms and legs) then people will not be running around terrorizing everyone. only the people who use the natural from the ground version will terrify anyone because they are not fda/dea approved to use. their terror will be felt throughout the universe. how easy it is to supplement terror with full out bliss and new found creativeness.
