Best night time strain?

    Hey guys(and gals), need some help with picking a good night time strain. I have real bad trouble sleeping at night usually takes me 30-60 minutes to fall asleep and waking up at least 5-10 times throughout the night before finally waking up at around 3 am, unable to fall asleep again. I'm looking for a strain that will give a real body high that will give a good couch lock. I've heard good things from kosher kush and Tahoe OG. If you have any thoughts on good strains, don't hesitate.
