So, I got a bunch of seedlings planted in Styrofoam cups that have sprouted. How long will they survive in these cups? Still a little too cold where I am to move them outdoors right now.
They are 250 ml cups. Just the small ones. And they are full of dirt, to the top. I have pics but haven't transferred them to my PC yet.
They should be fine for a couple weeks...If you have to keep them indoors longer than that i would transplant them into bigger containers.
I wouldn't keep them in there longer than a month from when you first planted them. Move into 1 gal pots if possible...if not they might get rootbound and stay small/flower early...either way, just be sure to break up/loosen the roots up a little when you transplant
