Wassup Gc Saza here starting up my 2nd grow. Been a long time since the first, wanted all the equipment before we started so off we go! Grow space: 30inches wide 15inches deep 40inches high. Lighting: 125w CFL (veg) 200w CFL (flower), Will most likely add 2/3 small cfl for bit of extra light coverage. Soil: Biobizz light mix (spagnum peat, peat moss, perlite) Will most likely go for the biobizz range as I already have their nutes Airflow: 4" TT extractor 100 8" desk fan Will get a pc fan soon and have that for fresh air. Will soon have a 4" Rhino carbon filter and ducting. Germination: 24hour in a cup of water, 48hours in moist paper towel, 2days in soil, and thia morning her head was showing. This first seed is Northern Lights (100% Indica from RQS) Pics will be soon Peace out Grasscity I'm glad to be back!!! xD
That's a small box to grow in..I don't think u will fit more than 1 plant...your definitely going to have to multi top..top early and a lot..start flower early too, after like 4-6 weeks max...also, u might want to customize the pot u transplant into. I would try to find a tote or Tupperware Container 30x15x4-6inches deep. The taller your pot is, the taller your plants will be..if your pot is short and wide your roots will expand out and keep your plant short..
I just got done harvesting northern lights, however it was an auto from sensi seeds. It yielded a ton but i wasnt to thrilled with the bud. Although its not done yet it just got done drying and is currently curing.

Nice to have you here BigSteve!! Sup everyone light went off at 2am when we went bed last spliff of 420 ;P Came back on at 6am, on Windowside from 11am til 6pm sunlight is the best light! Gave her a lil water, humidity ia constantly dropping in cab, so trying a few things out. Best I've had so far was with Pokes method he shared with me. Fan on low setting blowing into damp towel. raises humidity between 6-12% for about 1-2hours. Thats good considering I don't go out much!
Update, Have decided that 21st of April was first official day of Veg! So today we are on the third full day, she looking nice, stopped stretching now to get to the cfl, as I suspected (they can go to around 12" under the bulb, then it stops to really do anything at all) Pics will hopefully be up in a bit, shopping today and the missus and I get paid Peace and Respect GC!
Wassup Guys! Day 4 of Veg for N.L. One thing I love about growing is im back into a routine, up at 6am in the morning without fail Like being back at school, except now I actually want to get up Things are looking kushty, Day temps been between 20-22C abd Night temps 16-18C which isn't too bad, humidity is swaying between 50% - 60% but as long as its above 50 I don't really care I know we're early on but its looking up, making some adjustments to the box today (place for the fan etc) So happy days, will be on later hopefully with few more pics. Nice to have you here bro So today is day 5 of Veg. Looking like may have a sulfur def, but am going tescos in a bit to grab a Lyles molasses and se if that does anything ( while im waiting for the wholesome brand ) Will mix it at 1litre water, 0.5ml molasses - that should be dilute enough ... Only trial and error will prove me right or wrong Peace Guys xD

update 6th day of Veg. Things are still slow as expected, but compared to Loki ammy by 5/6day im happy. So far this blue cfl ia doing good. Hope to use them both again if they should good cause during this grow! Went shopping yesterday looked for molasses. Came across Lyle's golden syrup, black treacle. Turns out the back treacle is molasses so there you go. Will be outt to get some today. and start a first molasses feed on the girl in another 3/4days! as she is photo, I can so a bit more and not worry about fucking her over like I would an auto Peace xD
