I bought some nutrients online and I was wondering; what's the best way to use this kit. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you!! B)
Start at 1/4-1/2 strength and slowly move on if she takes it well. People recommend feed-water-water-feed but alot of people just feed-water-feed. You will have to most likely adjust your ph after nutrients are added. I always bring mine for 6.0-.6.2 seeing as how once the nutrients are being took up by the plant the ph starts to rise in the soil (hearsay not 100% certain) also it is a photo or auto? photos can handle nutes better than autos at the beginning... i also recommend getting some cal-mag that can also turn into a deficiency rather quick.
The nutes should come with detailed instructions about dosages and ppm. Do as SomeRandomNewb suggests and you should do fine. I use the floroduo series and like it. The micro, grow and bloom work just as well. Look for a booklet inside the box. Good luck, mate. Oh, you may want to move that light lower. Do the back of your hand test and try to move the light closer to the plant.
what do you mean lol? everything I have to measure out is in teaspoons I assume yours would be the same
I'm very new to this. I end up using a regular tea spoon for the measurements. I'm still learning how to use the TDS meter...
