So I have an 11 pound compressed block and will only be using 9 or 10 gallons of expanded coco. I've read that 11 pounds makes about 17 or so gallons. I'm debating on sawing my block in half, or just expanding all of it. If I do all of it does anyone know if I can let the extra dry out and store it in a big Rubbermaid bin or something until my next grow?
I have a bag of canna coco in like a coos bag and I screw the top of the bag to keep it tight ando sealed and store it in my shed where it is dark
