  1. 4/10/15
3 seeds from TGA Genetics obtained from dispensary in Aptos, California (~5 miles southeast of Santa Cruz).
    Strain: Planet X (XJ-13 x Appalachia)
    Soil: Fox Farm Ocean Forest
    15 gallon pots
planted half inch deep at 6 pm and watered it good

  2.   Your to late to start a spring run and a bit early for summer.. You'll need to extend the amount of light they get till the end of May or early June to keep them in veg.. Without additional lighting they are going to flower at 6 inches tall but won't have time to finish and will re-veg messing up all the half formed buds..
A high power Solar yard or walk light will do the trick as will just hanging a CFL over them..

That's a 70 lumen unit from Home Depot set on the 35 lumen 10 hour setting..

I'd also start off in small cups and transplant up 2 or 3 times into your 15 gal pots.. Overwatering is a common issue with new growers and starting in small cups help avoid that.. Lifting the cup before watering will keep you from making that very common mistake..
I grow a 12 inch tall plant in a 3x3x3 cup then transplant to a 5x5x7 and grow to 24 inches in that.. Final transplant to a 5 or 20 gal or ground site.. Hope that helps  BNW

  3. the sun rises at 6:30 and sets at 7:45. days are only getting longer now so i dont think they will flower when they are 6 inches tall. there's no problem with never transplanting them either. i water just fine. this will be my secong grow and the first one eith seeds. the last grow, i harvested goji og and strawberry cough. the goji og was top shelf and the strawberry cough wasnt bad at all. it would've been great but it started to rain before it was done. i have done hours of research and have helped my friends grown amazing weed and never heard anything about planting mid april in central california being a problem. that doesn't mean it isn't true but i think i would have heard something about that. also, these are not femenized or auto-flowers. i wanted femenized seeds but they didn't have any where i went. i only donated 40 for 13 seeds. and they just sprouted today. thanks brassnwood for the advice
