Is this an initiative put forth to Rhode Island voters, or just some ole petition to sign on change.org that doesn;t mean anything? Though I appreciate your enthusiasm, telling folks to sign a petition for a state they are not a resident of makes no sense because it has absolutely no weight in that state. Only registered voters in the state sponsering the voter initiative should sign the petition. Signatures from out of state are invalid.
