Yeah that's what i thought, now im getting really suspicious at my lights that i have (the 77w ones) and i think that 77w are that incandescent equivalent ,i don't have the package to tell with certainty they seem smaller in comparison with a truly 23w cfl light (in size) I think i need to go buy some... EDITh and the seeds arrived(2 Auto Fem Roadrunner #2) i didn't put them to germinate until i build the pc case, i hope that im not doing any harm i didn't even open the package lol ...
I'd look into the Cree LED bulbs bro. I saw an AMAZING grow recently with the 9.5w(a19 bulbs). They're about $8 a bulb, but the results were fantastic man. But the 23w CFLs are cheap as hell, and they will get the job done! And you could go ahead an jar those beans, and stickem in the fridge Good luck bro
