I'll be starting my first grow this week. My initial instinct was to build a grow setup myself, utilizing a grow tent or create my own grow box. I had dreams if high powered lights and duct fans. I have very limited space and virtually no discreet space in my very small urban apartment. Here are the major problems: Need to conceal smell (even though my grow is 100% legal where I live, my partner isn't wild about the smell and I need to be respectful) Need to conceal sound... My partner works from home, so putting this in the home office is a no-go... that leaves out in the open, in a small coat closet, or in our bedroom closet. Each of them have various problems from being too noisy/intrusive to heating up a confined space due to warm exhaust and the likelihood of overheating (and creating poor results) Then I started researching pre-fab grow boxes. Yes they're expensive, and the major ones on the market have various pros and cons... no perfect solutions... In the end I decided to go with the MediCab Micro by Cabinet Grow. You have to walk before you can run." Sorry dude... that's not my style. Off to the races... Really looking forward to seeing the results, after much research and a completely failed attempt to make one im thinking of buying one of these boxes but its going to cost me £1100 ($1650ish) due to postage to the uk! so i really want to make sure they work!
