So I've received my beans from Shey, I'm excited to start these b/c there really is no info I've found about her genetics, so maybe this can be informative for everyone since she is pretty new on the public scene I believe. So I'm trying a few new things on this grow, in short, more detail to come, organic soil grow in a 4x4 under 1000 hps. I'd love any feedback along the way. So I've popped 2 kaya gold and 2 white widow, both fems. I soaked in RO water with a little coconut water for a day. Planted in a 50/50 mix of peat and this organic mushroom mix I saw at lowes. Like I said, trying a few new things. It was cheap, looked good, until my new worm farm starts producing. So both the kaya s come out of the soil today, still waiting on the widow So as I'll probably move them into my veg/baby tent under 4 t5s and get them going. Afterburner. I paid for 20 buck-a-beans and got an email literally half an hour later confirming which strains I wanted. It was from a "Bev" however. Hopefully I'll be getting them soon!!
I decided to split them between jamaican pearl, sour diesel, trainwreck, an afghan kush. Nothing too crazy just getting a feel for it I was really shocked at how fast she replied back to me but doing my research it seems that it's either a hit or miss as far as how long it takes for your email to go through.
It was a dollar per bean and I got 20 of them. The "buck a bean" sale is only the first week of every month though. Once it's 12:00am on the 8th it goes away.
What I dont understand is how a small operation has so many different strain varietys. Seems like every time someone posts what they get from her its something different. But who knows with grow journals popping up now we will know in a few months. I wish everyone good luck with their beans!
Thanks for getting the topic going everyone. So I was gone for less than 48 hours. The 2 kaya gold that are in soil look good and are gaining momentum it looks like. However the 2 white widow never popped. They were under the same conditions until I planted the kaya's. I've given up hope on those 2. Not sure why they didn't get going, only thing I can think is they got too warm??? I had a heater blowing on the container to keep up the temps, it's pretty cold up here in the Rockies. But the kaya's were okay. I have a few more beans I'm going to try today probably in some more coco water/RO water when I get home. Just sucks I'm now about a week behind now. well now lets not get carried away lol I have snow ryder, cheesus, blue fruit, purple power and green poison going at the moment. germination has been 100% every seed dropped has sprouted.... the few fems I dropped have been fem. now for the autos.. ive had my snow ryder and cheesus in soil 42 days now.. lots of pre flowers but both have not shot any white hairs yet. ive been told my pots are too small.. roots have not hit the bottom of the pot yet I checked that so im unsure why the autos have not done there thing yet

They are probably not bagseeds. She is probably trying to make seeds and doesn't know what she's doing so hopefully at least its the right strains but you are the first to not have 100% germ rate
im not too disappointed for the price.. its just a bitch that I assumed her auto flowers would flower instead of not so now my plants are almost 3 foot going into flower... just going to let them grow outside
If I were you guys I would let all the old positive posts in seeds section fade too black and start a new one and post how you really feel about her beans. That way people dont just read 4 pages of positive feedback and jump the gun and order. Yeah there cheap and cost you much but shes making a boat load of money defrauding people.
