    Relax and exam the situation.
     
    90% of what folks worry about, never happens.
    Worrying never changes the other 10%.
    Accept responsibility and admit your flaws.
    Pick yourself up and carry on.
     
    If things still cause you stress,
    Write down the problem and your options.
     
    If you still have a hard time getting it off your mind,
    Look at your list, is there any modifications needed?
    Actions to follow up on?
    If none forget about it for now.

    Think for yourself, question everything. Dont join in on mob mentality. Stop allowing corporations to destroy our planet for a quick buck. Stop with your destructive throw away lifestyles. Educate yourself and be good to one another.
