Unknown Growth in soil, HELP

    Today I checked on my plants and noticed this on the soil. Never sen anything like it
     
    Can you help me figure out what this is as I am worrying and am unsure what to do about it or what it means

    "slow" release nutes i think
     
    i dont know why they are all coming to the top of the soil tho

    Sure: ....crush one like you do a louse, it should crumble like a salt ...if not then it could well be eggs, more info on your part is nice?
