I looked around for this thread and couldn't find one like it so here this is Every time I smoke weed it seems like I get this very bad urge to play video games. I just have this thought process that I need something to occupy my mind while high, I can't just sit there and be high. Anyways every time I smoke I find myself playing on my pc or my ps4. Does this happen for anyone else?
I've been gaming since I was old enough to hold a gameboy, so I can't really relate. But I'll say this, being ripped while playing games for me is far more enjoyable. A nice big bowl of hash right in the middle of a game is one of my favorites.
I used to get that alot when I was in high school. I'd get baked off my ass and BAM..it'd be time for some spyro or bloody roar.
Don't be surprised by this. Weed and video games are like soul mates. Not every game is good while high but the ones that are always seem fucking amazing. I will never in my life forget playing little big planet for the first time while being blasted. Holy shit was that ever amazing! Don't fight it OP, and don't feel bad. Just enjoy yourself man.
this threads title was very misleading. i saw 'bad urges' and thought, 'wow he probably wants to hurt himself or others', but instead it;s all I WANNA PLAY VIDJA GAEMS BRUH..I mean, thats pretty normal. why are you so normal? stop being so normal.
Why a bad urge? Lol smoking and playing video games is awesome. It's fun and makes the game more intriguing as well. Also noticed that some competitive gamers, I may fall in that categorey but competitive gamers who are really serious about, lets say Gears of War or Battlefield, actually play better when there high. Like a couple posters already said, herb and games are like PB and J. Then again, the same applies to oh so many activities. I am an avid gamer and herb makes it fantastic. I am also an avid cyclist and guess what?
Playing video games gives me bad urges to smoke weed. But yeah, I like the immersion effect, and its just more fun to explore another world when you're baked. Heartache and Donuts
I think that's the key factor, immersion. Especially when it's an interesting world you're dealing with. I think that is why many here at the GC community are raving about No Man's Sky. Lately I've dicovered my passing game in FIFA skyrockets when baked.
