To me, it looks like it needs some nutes, with an emphasis on potassium. :D

From the pics and the stage you're in it looks like a textbook example of a nitrogen deficiency, which you definitely do not want during the veg stage.  Have you been using a complete plant food? If not I'd definitely getting your nitrogen levels in check with the rest of the nutrients.  I'd recommend Dyna-Gro Foliage Pro.

To get your plant back on the right track I'd recommend getting some pre mixed nutrients with emphasis on nitrogen, nitrate of soda, or organic fertilizer which are excellent sources of nitrogen.  Then after that keeping your plants on the Dyna gro or other complete plant food.

EDIT: Just read that you've been giving them just water.  This solidifies my suspicions about a nitrogen deficiency.  If you use nutrients and the leaves are yellow, it's most likely not a nitrogen deficiency.  However, in your case if you don't supplement some nutrients, and the leaves turn yellow it's most surely a deficiency of nutes.  So yep, get some nutrients and you'll be good to go brother!

  10. Thank you we're the best place to get the nutes????

  11. check to make sure it's fruit flies and not fungus gnats. gnats will chew on roots showing signs of deficiency. It's impossible to tell what might be an underlying issue until you get rid of the major one; the insects.
