So are you saying the only people who actually benefit and have legit reasons for medicating with medical cannabis are the ones on the approved list, and anyone after that is just a stoner?

Glad you asked why it's bs though.
Here are a few reasons why I think

    1. HB1 is not helping EVERYONE who benefits from medical cannabis

    2. HB1 is limited to 8 conditions. ( two of which barely made the list, after multiple conditions including fibromyalgia, were removed)

    3. The only thing legalized is a CBD oil with a THC percentage no higher than 5% (also no in-state cultivation, creating an incentive for trafficking)

    4. Ga politicians claim this will "Bring home our medical cannabis refugees that have fled to states such as Colorado and California" (not true, I left Ga and moved to Ca and have no intentions of returning to Ga)

  2. Yeah unfortunately I think it's gonna be federally legal before its legal here in GA

  3. I live in ga, and sadly I see use being the last to see any relief on this bull shit war on drugs, I talk to cops in the drive thru ad they say they rather deal with someone stonded than someone drunk ready to fight, weed is harmless and I don't see why I can't light up a j on by back porch looking at the Georgia sky. Cheers

-Your point is as pointless as describing colors to a blind man.-
