This is my first grow but i lost track of sprout to now but i think it was dec 19th seed poped dec 20th dropped in soil anyway im wanting to know is this a good time to put in veg? Strain: Critical Kush

  2. You're in veg right now. After that comes a flowering light cycle.

  3. So should i be doing 18/6 right now?

  4. Depends on how much room you have left for you plant to grow in. Expect it to double in size during flower.

  5. if you only have one source of light you should consider LST, notice how one side of the plant is droopy

  6. That plant is over 3 months old? That single bulb is obviously not cutting it. And you should have had it under 18/6 once it sprouted. How many hours of light has it been getting all this time? Are you using any sort of fertilizer?

LST stands for low stress training. Check out some youtube videos on explanation and techniques.

  7. Sounds like you need to research more. These amazing blades can only do so much. Its up to you to take some time and really read up about growing.

Then I would pop a seed... Critical Kush is a beautiful strain when done correctly.

  8. Im using ff line up. Haven't put nutz in yet gotta get a ph tester 1st

  9.
Waste of money. Better off buying a bag of tomato tone, kelp meal, and wormcastings for about $35 ... instead of the FF trio, ph tester, and ph solutions that will end up costing a lot more for the same results.

  10. You say FF line is expensive, but Ebay makes it cheaper. I bought nutes for around 8$ for a few ounces of each FF Trio Nutes. I personally agree with more lights, and like they said always Ph your water, nutes or not. FF also likes to mess with PH so watch it close and check the runoff.

  11. hell ya man, I'm slowly cutting the umbilical chord to name brand bottles. Started out using bio bizz, which is good stuff, but I've been cracking out on the organic forums and building an amendment collection. Organics is a whole different world of growing, but I've seen guys who spend 50 bucks a year on amendments and are growing amazing plants

I wouldn't use that shit if you gave it to me for free. I've got hundreds of dollars worth of meters, solutions, and nutrients collecting dust in my basement. Not that it doesn't work, it's just unnecessary for a soil grow. Hence, it's a waste of money.

  13. Well, don't use it then. More for everyone else. It's good and works well for beginners, so don't bash it to scare them off from it. It works and works well.

Hold up....organic is way easier for a noob. The only thing they can screw up after making a good soil is over or under watering so, I don't understand how that scares a noob? Why not give easy solid advice from the beginning?

I say go organic not because I'm anti nutes it's because I like to set it and forget it.

  16. Does not matter,go organic, organic or synthetic nutes..hell use both if it gets the results you want. Far as price, you are correct you can get nute lines for cheap especially in bulk if you have the right contacts but enough of people trying to convince you what you should feed your plant when your main question was age and any other problems. Long as there over 3 4 weeks old then bloom them if there the right height to fit your bloom space area. 18/6 is typical veg cycle and should be done till the ant Is of shape, size and height. I personally would veg that plant for at least 2 more weeks under adequate lighting because she need more vigor.them flip to 12/12 bloom or whatever bloom cycle you choose..hope that helps without all the extra..lol

  17. When I started I used the basic recipe. I used pete moss, rock dust, tomato tone, lime, compost, lava rock, and a couple of other things I can't remember. I have been reusing that base mix for years and just adding as I went. Sadly I just dumped it in my vegetable garden and disassembled my grow, the next owners are hopefully gardeners because they will love that soil.
