Men who exercise have better sex lives

  1. But of course.

Some people will confuse this with  "Only if you exercise can you have a good sex life".

I look at it as just one of the major tools you can bring to bed.  Being in shape will also appeal to more potential partners (If quantity is your thing), as well give you the social energy needed to approach and interact with more people.

Exercise is similar to the herb in the sense that it can enhance almost every aspect of your life.

  4. Peter Griffin be like: I'm not fat, I'm curvy.

Lol I excercise, but still skinny as shit. Also, take zinc since sweating depletes it.

  5. I agree because I go h.a.m. 🐴

  6. Seems pretty obvious. Not sure why this is "bignews"

zinc is not the only thing "lost" when you sweat... be careful about supplementing with zinc, because you can be very much off balance, and too much zinc is actually relatively dangerous for you.

  8. Yeah, I try to stay within the recommended usage.

  9. That's why sex has been so shit for me...

  10. No doubt. I gotta start hitting the gym regularly again.... then I gotta get somebody to have sex with..... hmm... it all seems kinda lengthy of a process.... I mine as well just crack this bag of doritos... and ooh.. a beer... yea.. ahh. much better. What were we talking about?

everything in your body should be in balance... sodium/potassium, zinc/copper

couple of really good articles (in-depth).. and especially the one dealing with zinc and copper.

now, i'm not saying that supplementing with zinc is somehow "wrong", but you should be mindful of the overall balance.
it's very possible that you are just shooting in the dark with this supplement.
i believe getting a blood test during your yearly physical is important, because really there's no better baseline to start from if you are serious about optimizing your performance.
