Bag of rice fell on plant, PLEASE GOD HELP

  1. So tonight I was checking on my plant (one Afgoo and one Northern lights) I'm growing in a green house and it's my first grow, I'm growing in Washington near Seattle and I really don't have a lot of money so its been kinda crazy so far, I got the clones about two weeks ago. I have a acurite humidity monitor and has been reading around 99% humidity (don't know if its that "acurite") the tempuratures have been in the mid 50's to mid 40's at night so I've been already having problems just got an oil heater to warm it up at night but humidity has still been a pain. So anyways to try and get control of my humidity I put a bag of rice with holes in it hanging from the top of the inside of my GH but it didn't seem to be working after days and days so I started to take it off then the bags slipped from my hands and landed directly on my Afgoo it basically supercropped it...I'm adding pictures but seriously I'm in a dilemma please help me. Thanks so much
P.S. I don't need to worry about early flowering or the area because once they get about three feet tall it will be late spring and I have my porch light on all night so it can't flower and they are benches because of the amount of rain getting into the GH and soaking through the SmartPots and worms, maggets, and centipedes were festering at the bottom of the pots and climbing up them. Again thanks.

  2. Afgoo is the thin one

See with an increase in temp. you get an increase in humidity, then an increase in Molds, keep you bag of rice for storing seeds in vials in the fridge or freezer for longer, the water is in the air, so avoid having water in you GH
These plants are too cold for the GH at this point, but you have done well getting them to the size, I'd move indoors until warmer, or if you persist in having them in the GH with a heater learn about he marvels of Neem OIl ...I did and use it constantly for the same reason
    to my blog: http://forum.grasscity.com/blog/1093/entry-9709-neem-oil/

Tape up your plants and suppot them with twigs although the plants have been bashed, should recover as they were most likely dormant at the time, 27c/77f is the temp ...no temp = dormant

  4. Well now my plants are now deciding to go into pre-flower. Can I take a clone before they do? I don't mind it flowering...my problem is that I absolutely love the pheno for my northern lights and I don't want to lose it. Again please don't judge, my first time its a learning experience and I know I can haven multiple time before the fall (haven't figured out how yet but I will when the time comes) god this is stressful, is what having kids is like?

The spelling is "accurate" for future reference. I'd hate for you to spell it that way on a job application or something.

  6. Not how the company spells it High kite. I seriously need help and your just being kinda rude.

  7. I need help bit instead I'm spending my time proving a point

  8. You can take a clone anytime, the farther you are from veg, and the farther you get from the base of the stalk will increase the time it takes to switch back to rooting hormones.

  9. So I should take a cutting as close to the base of the stalk as possible? And when I clone do I take a whole node? Or just an internode further up the branch?

  10. With three leaves, and thanks so much for the help

  11. Your baby will be fine these plants are very resilient prop where needed. If stalk is severely broke you just put a little tape around her loosely and something you can remove later so no duct tape, and tape to prop as well and she will heal up fine. I intentionally break branches all the time as a form of plant training (see super cropping). Now not too sure of you realize this but GH's are intended to have high humidity as a you fling this is fine but as soon as temps rise either open panels up depending on your gh or take her out for sun and only time you'll really have to watch for mold is when she starts budding. Not too sure about your strains but there deff some out there that are mold resistant which helps in the high humidity situation. As far as wasting your time with people about what spelling that obviously you mis spelled on purpose seeing the quotes and all take that time and do research these plants are fairly easy to grow as long as you research and learn about them and their needs. Happy growing and good luck.

  12. Thank you so much, I've been doing research for about 3 months, when I'm not watching videos on the subject I'm looking on forums seeing other peoples success and failures to know what to/not to do. But there are so many different things and ways to grow plants its a little scary and stressful but I know after I take a couple clone things will start looking up and I'll understand from experience instead of just knowledge. A quick question though, I have pistols coming from my northern light (which is rumored to have been originally grown in the Seattle area and likes high humidity) but she's only about a foot tall and I only got the clone like 2 weeks ago so could it be flowering already? Or is just showing maturity?

  13. Itll be fine.

    RH above 60% invites mold.

Get that under control soon buddy.

  14. I thought it was an RH of 80% invites mold? And clones need high humidity until budding then can form...I might be wrong but that's what I read
