My husband and I were married last October and some of our favorite times are at night- home from long days at work, smoking dabs, listening to music and talking. We are totally average people- we work hard, we're responsible with our bills and finances- we just love to blaze together. Weed absolutely enhances our hangout time- we feel like best friends in a sesh. On top of that- My husband is theeeee most chivalrous stoner haha- sets up/lights every dab, bowl, hit for me so I don't have to do a thing. He's perfect. ALL DAY! My husband and I also got married in October (last last '13!) and have been smoking it up together ever since! We're both college graduates, got jobs, go to school, bill-paying normal peoples, spend a lot of time together, and smoke a bunch together lol.. That's my baby! Moved to Denver so now I've started growing which I love, and he obviously appreciates, and he's so kind to always go to the dispensary, grind, roll, setup, whatever it is. Even rolls mini joints with high CBD strains for me in the morning so I can feel good but not get too high to work lmao (aww)
hahaha that's awesome. I really believe that the herb can bring a couple together. It's never been more evident when we fight. Like if we're in the middle of a fight and I happen to pack a bowl or dab and start blazing, I can't help but get over it and apologize once I'm stoned hahah

Wish we knew some, but we keep it way on the low down. My wife smoked in HS and college, but I never did. I was an athlete who had a dream, so no drugs and rarely alcohol. We had been married 15+ years when one night at her parent's house over Thanksgiving her brother asked if we wanted to go outside and smoke. She was more than up for it as it had probably been 20 years since she had smoked. I was up for it as well. Long story short, we had the best sex that night and it has become part of special evenings when the kids are at sleepovers or we are out of town. Plus she will sometimes eat a brownie if she needs a good nights sleep.
Nice to see so many couples like my wife and I. We both work full-time and there is nothing better than after the kids are in bed and the dishes are done and the dogs fed sneaking out to the garage where I set up a couch coffee table and patio heater and enjoying the company of my amazing wife while having a hot cup of tea complemented by some dank tree.
That sounds awesome, good for you guys for taking We're already dreaming about how when we get that house of our dreams we need a child-free/proof 'smoke-lounge/dungeon', maybe in a basement. Set it up real nice with some comfy furniture, dim-lit ambiance, a nice little bar area, music, an effective air filter.. Can you envision it?! Amazing! lol Talk about quality time with your S.O. I mean tell me how this wouldn't be the best thing for all stoner marriages! lol I mean how are you supposed to get through the tough times if you can't take a break from all the stress and responsibilities sometimes? Gotta keep that balance.
Oh I have the radio set to the oldies and dim dragonfly lights even our dog who recently passed away used to come out and curl up on the couch with us.
I wish we had stoner couple friends to hang with! Most of our friends are still single or don't blaze... Bummer right? ...but the hubs and I are thankful for GC bc it is SO nice to see successful, happy couples who see the benefit in toking together- it's my favorite quality time we spend together. I work in sales and its such a face pace environment and stressful job- it's hard to come home and just relax. So we sesh it up for a little so I can calm down and we end up having the best time and good conversations. We're 25yr old newlyweds so no kids yet... But it's pretty sweet seeing couples who have kids and still kick it. I'm with OP. I enjoy hanging out with my SO and just bullshittin' ...we will have the TV on and watch one of our shows or something, or maybe a movie on Netflix. She will say, "I have an idea: let's open that bottle of wine, smoke and then have sex." So obviously I say hell yes and we have a good old time. It's SO GOOD to date a girl and love her, and it's a bonus that we can smoke together. We do that a lot haha, but it's a lot of fun. We are both laid back mofos, and when she gets super stoned and gets the giggles it is among the cutest things in human history.
