Wheres the rest of the plant...something missing here ...like the trunk, stems, fans even roots, you have a bad attack of some bugs maybe rippers start again..?
Looks like they got a splash of a little hot nutrients, those are all signs of nutrient burn, water down your solution a little bit. I don't know if you have a ppm pen, if so what was it at. G
