In north bonneville Washington the government opened its First Nations dispensary. All the proceeds made by the shop will go towards the city which will be used for schools, libraries, roads, parks, ect. Yeah yeah yeah....like they all say!!! Just like our education lottery; money was suppose to go towards education/schools....yet they continually have budget cuts every year! Displaced teachers, low wages, school activities cut, etc.... Hopefully your state will keep their word and you'll see improvements within your community!

I am all for the cannabis as medicine but they are trying to get rich (payoff debt) from sick people too. no different than anyone else offering meds to the sick for profits and rewards. what I would be excited about.... first dispensery ever governement owned to offer free cannabis meds to the sick people that need it and the proceeds for this venture are paid by tax payers who choose to put taxes toward helping sick people. NOT -sick people will fix your city with the money spent dealing with their sickness= No Good!

You can not blame budget cuts for years prior to rec taxes being implemented and rec taxes have been collected and dispersed for how long in wa?.. takes time to collect,account and disperse.. Sounds to me like all those whining about this are those who have no comprehension of what it is really doing for these states and for the people of these states. Just because it does not "save the world" does not mean it is not helping millions of people in these states create jobs for there family,prevent thousands of unjust incarcerations ,etc etc efuckinetc...

no I read it..I just responded on the wrong person's post.i did at first think so but after I finished reading it I understood and started responding with it but I just read so much b.s. on here that I lost my head for a second and just responded to everything I read at once.i just hear to much false opinions(from the cannabis community) about recreational funds and what they are or are not suppose to do for this or that,and now people misunderstanding about what a government funded city did with there money that is now been twisted to think the federal government decided to open up a rec shop in a city. .just all ticks me off is all..
