Good Vibes and Good Highs.

  1. This may very well not be the appropriate area for this type of thread, but I believe there may be more people with something to say on this than any other portion of this forum.

So exactly what the title implies I'm curious if there's any connection between Vibes the plant receives and the highs of the bud produced. I know this is probably a pretty hippie way of thinking of things, but I'm just curious if there's some sort of connection you expert growers feel out there when smoking your own produce rather than somebody else's.

Some nights, especially watering days, I just like to put on some chill slightly stoopid or some marley and just vibe with my plants. I heard that certain types of music can have an effect on the plants growth/health, but if you believe this is true do think its the rhythm, or the vibe that the music itself captures. I know when listening to certain types of music I get a vibe especially when high and it extremely affects my mood, so do you think this is the same with the plants?

More so, do you think the vibe that you emit ultimately has some affect on the plants health/growth?  And to go even deeper do you think that the plants health/vibe has some effect, not on the quality of the bud, but the high itself? I mean what if your high is just a compilation of the plants life and happiness. I've had some really good highs and some really bad highs and I cant help, but ponder whether or not this has to do something with how the plants was treated.

I'd really like to hear what everybody thinks about this, or possibly a few experiences of a great high that you got from your own bud that you tendered to maturity.

  3. I've done this type of experiment before. There are so many other factors that will weigh in before "vibes" would ever be any issue, it makes no difference. Not that plants have ears or mushy brains with hormones to give them emotional feelings like that anyway.

Be centered for you and you can enjoy your plants more, but it won't be for them having grown any differently.

  4. That too. Even if so it'd be a really hard thing to even measure if that was possible. Imagine if how you treated the plant did effect how the bud effects you. That'd be crazyyyy.

  5. i dont know if it affects your high but im thinking it will effect their growth and health, which can indirectly effect the potency and thus the high..maybe.

  6. ^Makes a better case for companion planting than anything else. That's still more science than "vibes," though.
