So I just came across a Free 500w halogen floodlight it puts out 10500 lumen it doesn't tell me Wat Kelvin but it looks to be 2700k would this flower my plants in the right set upit gets pretty hot but I figure if I could keep it cool
at 10500 lumens it will cook it long before it grows it. which is why halogen bulbs are no good for plant growth unfortunately. in other words by the time you have the bulb far enough from the canopy as not to over heat, you will have very small amounts of usable light hitting the canopy.
