Do all blunt wraps have tobacco? Like in the paper?

Your title says your trying to draw less attention but your question is about tobacco free wraps, I think?

 

When you make sense it will draw less attention to your stonerness.

if your talking like just the paper wrap unrolled (which is still tobacco leaf) then zig zag makes them as well as other brands. go to a headshop if no local gas station carries them, or maybe even a cigar shop

 

This might be dumb, so excuse me if I missed something, but couldn't you just buy papers? 

 

Not all wraps contain tobacco, zig zags makes some but there a little over priced. My personal favorite wraps would be any of the "XXL" series. I got 2 in a pack under 1.50 in my area. I also learned that if you cut them in half (both ends have glue) you can fit a gram perfectly in it. Making it good for 4 separate blunts instead of 2 big ones.
