My plants leaves are curling upward like a canoe. Also some of the leaves are growing in a strange fashion. Please help. They are under 24/0 T5 light
Or light is too close to plant, try 20/4 instead give it time to rest and move the light up a tiny bit.
Avoid 24/7 light, like you many things happen in the dark that are vital to any living thing..! check your termps keep a themp gauge in there, and a small fan as plants breath too, keep an eye on your roots
