If this is preparing for harvest, just give water at the end. I don't know about 3 weeks though, more like 2.
At least 3 gallons of water to every 1 gallon of soil. Then just ph'ed water for about 7-10 days, and harvest.
Just give them straight water the last couple weeks before harvest. There is no need for a traditional flush. Save the traditional flushing for problems.
