Lots of great advice about EWC, but I debate the ratios used in most mixes. The trend is leaning 30%, but I'm noticing better results 50/50. As for crucial transports it starts with sulfur, boron and silicon. If these are present in correct proportion, soil is then set to deliver calcium, magnesium and phosphorous in concert to sustain energy efficiency.
