    Hey all,
Have 2 white cookies seedlings on the go. Started 5, one didn't pop and I lost 2 in the rockwool cubes.
Next time I'll just use soil.
Anyways, root growth is really slow (like 14 days and no roots showing).
They are starting they're Second set of leaves.
cotyldons are starting to yellow and the tip of one fan leaf is as well.
I m considering removing them from rock wool and putting them into soil. (It's a quality mix).
i know this isnt the best idea but they dont seem to be growing any sort of roots.
I phd the rock wool and all the usual.
Under a 600w mh about 30 inch of space.
    First real indoor set up.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks.

  2. impatience got to me.
    i did it.
barely any root growth when i pulled it apart.
    wish me luck.

  3. i dont believe in luck.. why start in rockwool? i dont mind sowing it in soil, but still i use paper towel method. :-D cheers.

  4. i started in rockwool because a friend of mine swears by it, and always has good results.
i started germinating in paper towel, but will never put the germed seeds in rockwool again.
just didnt work out for me, even though i followed all the usual procedures for rockwool.
    live and learn, right?
