Orange Chronic cleaner grit stuck in bong.

  1. Hi, so I have been having a problem.

So I was cleaning my bong with Orange Chronic, and the grit/sand solution got stuck together by the resin, I believe, and won't pass through the holes in my bong. I have a triple honey comb setup with a birdcage perc, and it's stuck between the second and third honeycomb.

I've tried everything from hot tap water, and blowing the water out in both ways, still no luck. It can move, just won't pass through the holes. I've tried pouring in ISO to try and loosen it, still no luck, even tried peroxide, still nothing.

Contacted Orange Chronics support, but still no reply after one week. Does anyone know of a solution on how I can get this out? Or how I can dissolve that grit inside? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

  2. Ummmm you could maybe shake it hard with ISO? But you said that didn't work?

Worst case scenario take a long stick like an incent and try and weave it down to stir up the pieces.
There are other solvents people use if you explore the forum, maybe those would help.

Otherwise let it soak in ISO overnight and see what happens

  3. A soak and a shake in hot water might help, but you've probably already tried that

  4. Yes, I have tried both, I have let it sit overnight, still won't come apart. It is quite irritating.

  5. Don't get it wet and don't fuck it after midnight

  6. hmm try a soak in some clr or vinegar...seems like you need some acid to break down...can of coke might do it too haha...

  7. Get some simple green and let it soak
