    Perhaps I will have time to worry about that stuff after I can stop spending all my time trying to avoid jail.

    That's what I was thinking. It's all in his hands and he chooses to do nothing.
    How does he ecspect activist to do anything from behind bars.

    I guess having a huge part of our lifestyle kept underground with the threat of jail, and for some of us like me, worrying about having our medicine is unimportant.

    the economy- how much unnecessary money do tax payers spend on keeping non-violent offenders in jail?

    Living in ca with AB 109 I can tell you first hand nonviolent offenders need to be in jail as well.

    You'd think that someone who used to smoke would get that people dont want to risk jail time for this, but i guess politics can be an addictive thing...

    In fairness, I feel he may just be playing ball as not to get the JFK treatment. Doesn't make him any less of a piece of shit though.
