    Sup everyone!

This topic is just going to be my new setup and how i work in it, and i love it so far.
This was my very first closet grow room, the plants in here are 2 weeks old, i know it's bad.

3 weeks ago i got my new setup (grow tent) with a Lumatek 250w - 400w and a 400w light.

Keep in mind i had my closet grow room for about 2 years, so this is a huge upgrade for me.

The temprature and the humidity is about 80-85 degrees all the time, and humidity is about 40-50.

I had to put in a clip fan for the air flow, and they also love it when you flow wind over them.

On this picture you will see the power of light.
The top 2 plants get 250w light 16/8
    The bottom 2 plants get 2x 36w light 16/8
(i did change them into the grow tent now to speed things up)
Top 2 plants also got topped, i always top my plants once.

I can also set my Lumatek to 400w, but this is a question i don't really find anywhere.
Do i change it from 250w to 400w now or wait for flowering time ?
And if so will it change the humidity and temprature ?
Also the pots are 11Ltr about 3 Gallon pots.

  2. Congratulations on getting a grow tent. I had a micro grow cupboard for a couple of months to play with then I changed to a tent lol.

Wait until you start flowering before you up the light looks like she's doing okay and yes when you up it to 400 the humidity and temperature will increase but it should all be fine. Good luck Bro :)

You should definitely have your light set to 400w... the more light the better. That said, it will increase the temps. What I don't see in any of your photos is an exhaust fan. Am I missing it? If you don't have one, you should definitely get something to suck hot air out the top, ASAP. This will help keep your temps down. It may also reduce the humidity a bit, but it's nothing to worry about too much.

Aside from the lack of ventilation, everything looks good. [IMG]

I keep the tent a small bit open and the fans is installed so it will blow out all hot air via that opening in the tent.

P.S: a filter/exhaust fan will make to much noise, i do have this setup in a storage room next to a fake wall that's really thin, and our sofa plus TV is behind that, unless i can find a Exhaust fan/Filter that makes almost non noise then i will reconsider it.

I use systemair fans and they are very quiet. A 4" one would move plenty of air to keep the temperature low enough. Using a dimmer switch like this one means you can turn the speed down to lower the noise to whatever you want
