Hey GC! A group of blades all have the same genetics and we plan on running them all at relatively the same time. I want to start by shouting out to HeadChef, Loki, and Telbel where all this talk of a comparison grow started as well as JerryinDFW and FesterNewt for helping get me involved. I would also like to say thanks to Jack - The Vault for getting the seeds out to those who wanted to participate and HeadChef for getting The Vault involved! We all have beans from The Vault Seedbank of their Auto Pink Diesel x Amnesia. It is a hybrid created after many generations of work on two separate auto lines. Pink diesel - (auto mazar x nycd) is highly resinous with shades of purple , red and pink - is an indica leaning autoflower with a mellow highly enjoyable effect and a fast finisher. Amnesia kush - (auto amnesia x master kush) is a sativa leaning auto hybrid with a powerful creeper effect that develops into a lasting body effect. The feminised cross of the above strains used the pink diesel reversed females to the amnesia kush female candidates. The offspring is a nicely balanced indica/sativa automatic, that has a fruity flavour, and lovely effect. They will show sex around 3 weeks from planting the seed. The plants can grow to 1 metre tall and be branchy to match when given a good environment to flourish. Suitable for training, L.S.T, or Scrog. Also performs well in a sea of green arrangement if you remove lower branches. It is possible to yield several ounces per plant. Indoor harvest window is 65-75 days from seed. Most of us plan to start our seeds around the start of April. I figured I would get this thread going so we can see what grow styles everyone is working with. Hopefully we end up with a nice diverse spectrum of styles to give a good idea of the strengths and weaknesses of the strain! Nice one on starting the thread man, i will delete all the stuff i had saved up and not bother opening it now lol....Fuck this thread stealing my idea Nah just kidding, saved me doing it i spose, just a bit of a kick in the bollocks after all the chat and planning. Right i have 25 Pink D's that will be going out to my outdoor plots on April the 20th and i will be doing 1 or 2 indoors if they perform well. Heard good and bad things about them, but got 34 beans to play with. FYI, the idea of this thread was decided over 5 months ago, with me, Telbel and Loki, but i started to spread the word and send beans to other blades so they could join. I just bought it up in festers thread because jerry and a few others where over there chatting about Pink D. Chef.
