Dealer asked me to get him Burger King on my way to pick up?

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by Cheeto Jones, Mar 16, 2015.

  1. Lol...

I've been buying from a particular dealer for over a year, really cool and easy guy... he's what I would call a "gram man".  He sells all quantities, but he's the guy you go to when you just need to score a gram because he's available like all the time and he's super fast and convenient.  I don't know him personally like we don't hang out, we've only had an occasional exchange of words during transactions.

Anyway, a few times in the past he's asked me to stop by a 7-11 and get him some Swishers with the money for the gram, and to just take that out of the money I give him.  I don't really mind doing this because he's been my hook-up for over a year and he's almost never dry and he can get me whatever I want whenever I want.

    Well,

Today on my way to pick up a gram he calls me and asks if I can get him Burger King.  I said sure, but was kind of taken back and laughed a bit on the phone but he was dead serious and set on the food.  I asked what he wanted and he said "I'll text it to you".  He sends me a detailed text with like 3 sandwhiches, fries, nuggets, even down to the sauce.

So I ended up giving him 7.83 cents and a bag of Burger King for a gram.

Lol... does anyone else have dealers that ask them to run errands for them, how would you feel about it?  This guy doesn't drive much is the thing, he has a car but I think his girlfriend uses it for work during the day.

I honestly don't mind at all because it's definitely not a big deal, and the way I see it, me doing favors for him like that means he's probably more likely to go out of his way to sell to me, or possibly hook me up in the future.

    Thoughts?

  2. I had a dealer who would ask me to pick up dutchies or a pack of cigs, which wasn't a problem because I used to roll up and would need to stop anyway....however that guy had to be cut off when he started asking for rides to places. Keep it strictly to business, or else he'll think he can get away with more favors. You wouldn't ask him for Burger King if he was stopping by it to meet with you, would you?

  3. thanks for putting a smile on my face. nothing like an innocent smooth dealer to customer relationship. just seemed cool. i didn't read the whole thing. i was just hoping your cool with your dealer and you picked it up and they gave you a hookup for it. happy ending.

  4. Well I can't say I ever brought my dealer some munchies but my old connect was all about making money, i used to meet him while he was shopping with his family in the grocery store, at the pizza place. Out of two years he only never answered 3 times. Cheers

-Your point is as pointless as describing colors to a blind man.-

  5. He sounds pretty dank if you ask me

Like I'm just glad you have a consistent gram man

I've never had a consistent dealer until recently. He's actually one of my good friends who just happens to deal. The only thing is he usually sticks to the kush, so if I'm looking for mids I'm SOL, also most dealers I know won't go out of their way if you're just looking for a G or two.

But yeah man that's totally fine as long as he doesn't make you pay for both or something lol.

  6. Sounds like an expensive gram.

  7. No, but when I was in high school I would occasionally hook friends up as a favor, and this one girl I used to work with would always, without fail offer to get me a latte, so that was pretty bomb haha

  8. I could see it if it was on the way there. Or if I was going there anyways. But to go out of my way..... It would depend if I got compensated a little.

  9. I mean, if he's asking you to drop off his dry cleaning and take his dog to the vet, that's one thing, but picking up Burger King? He's probably getting ready to smoke later [IMG]

As long as you're not his personal food-chauffeur, then yeah.

  10. If I had a guy hooking me up with the dankest shit at a reasonable price, hey, I'd probably bring the dude a Whopper or two. Whatever I can do to avoid hanging out with him for a half hour.

  11. sounds like you paid 20 a g and he got free delivery on burger king. maybe if he charged you 10 or 15... you tip the pizza guy 10, so why not tip you for delivering quality food as well?

  12. Hahaha no harm no foul in that man. If it's out of your way just tell him you don't have time, or tell him to knock down the price of the weed a little to compensate.

  13. Next time just be like "im in a huge hurry sorry man" any dealer would understand

  14. haha damn you know hes good when you can count how many times he DIDNT answer on one hand, cheers [IMG]

  15. Yeah sometimes you find people that aren't afraid to make some cash, he even sold candy to all the neighborhood kids as a front :p. stoner minds have no bounds. Cheers

  16. As long as he repays you or takes the money you spent off the bag I don't see the problem as long as you're not in a rush. Think of it like this, dealers, any good dealer would have his phone blowing up throughout the day. So someone that's busy with other people or driving all the time might not always find the time to eat when they want to. Just try and keep that in mind.

Wraaaap the night around me, blanket of black on my back, I feel safe in the darkness...

Yeah that's pretty common around here. Us, high school and college aged kids, are pretty much all friends with each other. If my dude, one of my best friends, wants me to get him some rillos or food and its not too far outta my way then I'll gladly do it. As you said, they are the one helping you out

  18. Yeah as someone who often buys grams and 20 sacs I'd help out my dude/girl anytime. My one girl used to love orange soda and occasionally she would ask for it before I came by. Started just bringing it whenever I came by whether asked or not. Made her appreciate me and made my bags that much bigger.

  19. HAVE IT YOUR WAY.

  20. Haha that's pretty funny. I wouldn't mind either as long as the BK isn't too out of the way. Depends on how he asks though, if he was polite about it that's cool. But if he was demanding it or didn't say please, I probably wouldn't.
