  2. bizarro J-DILLA?

  3. It's interesting how all of the various religions we practice teach us peace, prosperity and loving ones self and all people and yet there are wars erupted from those very ideals. It reflects how unique we are as a species; always constantly oppressing each other, ourselves and our environment. It's a shame.

  4. Which is?

  5. One of the conspiracy or Illuminati ones lol.

Who actually said that Iran has a nuclear weapon?

The US government doesn't think they do, and I don't think that the Israelis think they do either. It's well known that, considering the state of their enrichment program, it's impossible for them to have created enough HEU from the the pitiful amount of LEU that they had in 2006, particularly using the old pakistani p2 centrifuges.

The claim is that they are attempting to build nuclear weapons, which they most certainly ARE, and they've long been willing to admit that. The real question is: are they capable? Not for the next 15 years or so, if the enrichment program remains in its current state. I do, however, believe that a nuclear-armed Iran would be a good thing for the middle eastern balance of power.

  7. Not saying this isn't true, but can you direct me to any solid sources confirming that? I had understood that they had always claimed their nuclear program was not for producing weapons, but for other peaceful purposes.

"The senior officers of all of the major American intelligence agencies stated that there was no conclusive evidence that Iran has made any attempt to produce nuclear weapons since 2003."

You're right, they've never made any direct comments, they can't because they would be in breach of the NPT if they did. There are loads of comments from government officials about the strategic necessity of neutralising Israel's "nuclear monopoly." I'm trying to find the sources now, but I can't find where I saved my dissertation on my external hard drive.

I'm willing to admit, however, that there is no conclusive proof that they ever had a nuclear weapons program. Their geopolitical circumstances and past rhetoric would suggest that they do, although that's not enough for some people. For me, the fact they took the risk of breaching IAEA safeguards by keeping the enrichment facility in Natanz and the heavy water reactor in Arak a secret, shows that they had something to hide.

  10. Iran
    Iran so far way

  11. I think there will eventually be war in Iran. And whether the invaders are willing to admit it or not, oil will be the biggest reason for the conflict. They have a huge percentage of the worlds oil, and oil does not last forever. This could be the first war where involved countries are actually willing to admit they are fighting a resource war.

  12. If iran every stops selling oil in USD there will be a war, its happened in the past and I think iran has been wise and realized what could happen.  However the US seems to keep iran on their side and as long as the US controls iran there will be nothing to worry about.

I don't think anyone ever said Iraq had nukes but the US government manipulates its citizens into thinking Iraq could posses nukes, so they can place military enforcements in and around the middle east, in order to keep the USD from crashing.

Off topic but it will be very interesting to see how China's 'yuan' influences the dollar.  Considering they hold most of the United states debt in treasuries.  Switching the currency they use to buy oil could have a large impact on the USD.

  13. Thing is we dont know what will happen, especially if and when a global shift to the yuan takes place, its shortsighted to predict any outcomes, unless youre somehow able to actually artificially influence world events; a la certain global intelligence firms that are well connected.

Why is Iran suspected of seeking nuclear weapons?
The US has alleged that Iran had a nuclear weapons programme in 2003, but that senior Iranian leaders stopped it when it was discovered.
[IMG]The IAEA's director general, Yukiya Amano, has demanded access to the Parchin military site
In 2009 Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, declared: "We fundamentally reject nuclear weapons." But the IAEA published a report in 2011 claiming "credible" information that Iran had carried out activities "relevant to the development of a nuclear explosive device".
The report drew attention to a military complex at Parchin, which the IAEA has been unable to visit since 2005.
In September 2014, the IAEA said Iran had failed to give a satisfactory explanation of its research at Parchin into detonators that could be used to trigger a nuclear weapon or explained studies that could help calculate the explosive yield of one.

How does Iran justify its refusal to obey UN resolutions?
[IMG]Iran has insisted its nuclear programme is entirely for peaceful purposes
Iran has said it is simply doing what it is allowed to do under the NPT, which allows signatory states to enrich uranium to be used as fuel for power generation.
Such states have to remain under inspection by the IAEA. Iran is under inspection, though not under the strictest rules allowed because it will not agree to them.

Could Iran build a nuclear bomb if it chose to?
[IMG]Iran has the largest and most diverse ballistic missile arsenal in the Middle East
There are mixed views on this. US Secretary of State John Kerry said in April 2014 that Iran had the ability to produce enough weapons-grade uranium for a nuclear bomb within two months.
However, Mr Kerry said such a "break-out" window did not mean Iran yet had a warhead or suitable delivery system. That was also before the IAEA confirmed Iran had converted all of its medium-enriched uranium into forms that were less of a proliferation risk.
Any bomb-making process would likely be done in secret, so estimating timelines would be extremely difficult.

\nThe Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, commonly known as the Non-Proliferation Treaty or NPT, is an international treaty whose objective is to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons and weapons technology, to promote cooperation in the peaceful uses of nuclear energy, and to further the goal of achieving nuclear disarmament and general and complete disarmament.
\n\nWhy should Israel sign onto a meaningless treaty when nation states who HAVE signed onto them (Iran) break all the rules and requirements belonging to said treaty?  The NPT has become a useless document of which people like to use as justification for Iran to continue breaking meaningless rules.  Rules if which are broken, have no consequence whatsoever.
\nIran has been found to be in non-compliance of almost all NPT rules, guidelines and regulations.

\nSigning the NPT will not prevent nuclear armament!
\nIran doesn't play by the rules so any treaty they sign means nothing and isn't going to stop them from doing anything which includes manufacturing atom bombs of all shapes and sizes depending on whether they want to build a small suitcase bomb brought into your neighborhood by an unstoppable (9/11 style) terrorist suicide bomber or a 15 megaton behemoth ICBM Missile to wipe out entire countries (which they said they intend to do) and poison an entire region on the globe in one pop.
\nThe same principle applies to Israel if they were to sign the NPT.
