If you are reading a book in the 1st person form, who is "I" really? When read, you read "I". When I read "I", I think me. When YOU read "I", You think "me".

    Who is this "I"?

    That can be anyone?

    That is everyone?

Its simple, GOD is "I". I am God. You are God. We are ALL God.

    Be at peace.
Namaste- now you understand. I see that you are also God. We are the same.

  2. Quite a leap you've made there.

  3. think about it... or not

  4.
So because individuals refer to themselves as ''I'' it somehow follows that everybody is ''God'' - doesn't seem to be much to think about really.

  5. I as an paradox? I am an individual, but I realize everyone else is 'I", the exact same way I am I. We are the same, you and I. Because you are also "I". Get it? When you see that everyone else is "I" you are free, my friend. Know yourself, I, and you enter the kingdom of heaven.

Compassion is the word I was looking for! Pure compassion! I never said we were the same person, I said we are both I! Literally every single person is I. Now what can be ANY and EVERY person? Only God, only I. Only I can work for everyone.

Well, there's still not much to think about, but have fun anyway. [IMG]

hey man. basically I think there is a "mathematical" way to reach god through language, and the fact that "I" is valid for every single person on earth is proof of God because its basically just something every single person can agree upon-something that is for everyone and always is and always will be for each individual person. what else can fit? can you understand what I was trying to say more clearly now? I guess it really just depends on your imagination of God, though

  9. You sound lost man

  10. Does a person who writes a self biography refer to themselves in the third person?

    Case closed.

  11. I may sound lost but I know my self

  12. Sounds like you don't. You think you're god. That makes me laugh a little because you've done nothing for me and didn't bring me life. Nor do I know a single thing about you.

You are not god. I am not god. We are not god. We are not one.

Quit spreading crap that leads to destruction.

"When you read a book about another character it's suppose to represent you, as in I" hahahahaha what a load of shit dude.

You probably believe in evolution and global warming as well. Wouldn't surprise me

  13. Is he his body?

    Is he his eyes?

    Is he his brain?

    Is he his Pineal Gland?

What is it that is doing the observing in you and me and everyone else?

    Aaaaaaand...

Are we (humans) really in a position to define what it is that is dong the observing?

    ------

  14. My belief....

    1. Yes

2-4. Refer to answer of question one

    5. Our spirit. Essentially our true self

    6. Yes, because we are doing the observing. It's how we gain knowledge of the world around us.

  15. Well, first off why even have a belief about such an open ended subject?

Why do most people choose to hold onto beliefs?

The number one answer on the board is because beliefs bring comfort.

Is the awareness of your mind growing when it is comfortable?

    No.

The mind stagnates due to the clinging onto of beliefs.

Because if you believe something, it means you've stopped questioning it (stasis).

Only a perturbed mind can grow in its awareness.

So people who are naturally good at being uncomfortable will hold few beliefs and will have a rather perturbed mind most of he time.

Answers 1 through 5....if our body dies does Spirit die with it? If it does your reasoning makes sense to me. If it does not, your reasoning does not make sense.

Answer 6, yes, we are really good at looking at everything outside of our "point of view" but can a camera take a picture of itself (without the aid of a mirror)?

    ------

  16. I don't think im god as in An all powerful diety with magical superpowers. If thats ur understanding of God, you have a lot of maturing to do.

I is God. To be able to understand the concept of I, We have to be god. The opposite end of the spectrum of the individual has to be the ALL. you cant know anything less than you, no?  You can't know anything more than God, no? Man and God. To be one is to be the other. Ego and Self.

  17. Having a belief doesn't bring me comfort. It makes me be on guard all the time.

Where is your proof that the mind stagnates over time of it being "comfortable"?

Our body dies naturally along with the mind. You can't kill the spirit. It's not material like the body or mind. The spirit doesn't wither away and rot.

No, a camera can not take a picture of itself without the aid of a mirror. Which is why it's a camera. We have a processor and memory storage (the brain) so we can relive what we've done. Go back and experience what we've already experienced time and time again. Learn from all the mistakes we made along the way so we don't make those same mistakes we made. Which is how we can learn about ourselves and who we are as a person (spirit).

You're still not hearing what I'm saying. God is just that, God. God is not I.

What you're saying is that we can become gods. And that's completely false. As a matter of fact I'm sure that it was satan in the garden of Eden who told that lie to eve. We were already with God. We had everything needed in the garden. Until we "became like gods" (learned what good and evil were). And since we've "become like god" our world has gotten worse.

And you did say that you are God. You said we are all God.

Your pagan god may be I. But not mine.

If God is I, then what is God?

Is that it, God is just I?
