Well I hate to say it but I am throwing in the towel for the summer. The heat in the garage is nuts, and we aren't even into May. I will attempt again in the fall, but don't want to invest in a chiller and air conditioning to keep everything on track. If I was home all day maybe I could make it work, but I am not. That combined with a killer harvest I just had, which will last me at least until Christmas. Calling it quits for a while. I just want to thank the helpful folks in this community.
